Comments: Dr. Lugo removed my gallbladder a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review because I wanted to see how I fared in terms of pain or any post-procedure issues. I’m so happy he was my surgeon! From the initial consultation, he made me feel comfortable and what I liked most about him is that he is sincere. I also appreciated that his staff was helpful in coordinating with my insurance, so I had no surprise invoices. I felt prepared and ready for my surgery, no nerves at all. Post-procedure, it took about a week and a half for me to feel back to normal. Had the occasional tug where I had incisions, but nothing terrible. That went away after about a month. Surgical glue sticking to your shirt is no fun, but it beats pulling out sutures :) Excellent surgeon, highly recommended!!
