Comments: To be honest, I didn’t pick Dr. Lugo. I was admitted to Memorial Herman for abdominal pain. Dr. Lugo was the doc assigned to my case. He performed an emergency appendectomy. The procedure was very well done. At the follow up, he and his staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The office was extremely clean- important normally, more so in the time of COVID. I was allowed time to ask questions and express any concerns. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.
