Comments: The overall experience with Dr. Lugo was great, he is a great surgeon and I would use him again if I have to have surgery. I only deducted 1 star because of an issue I had with his staff, but she was new, I don't blame the doctor. I don't know where the fake reviews on here are from, but none of them describe the experience I had with this surgeon.
