Comments: I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Lugo. He is a blessing to me and my wife. I found him thru my Family Practice as a referral for a quick surgical procedure and was blessed by him and his staff. Nicest staff, most up to date cleanest facility with down home hospitality. I could not express my gratitude enough and thank him enough for the procedure. If you are looking for Doctor, do not pass up Dr. Lugo.
