Comments: Very Highly Recommended!!! A++ Doctor! I went to Dr. Lugo for a minor surgery. Fresh contemporary setting, very nice facility and excellent communication. Staff is very friendly as well!! Dr. Lugo makes you feel as if you're family! I value his expertise and knowledge and mostly his experience. I wish I had met him years ago!
